If you are a part of the Nelson family you know exactly what oooog blek is, the spelling on the other hand, I'm not sure if one exists, google it I guess. Anyway, it's a basic mixture of corn starch and water. Thick enough to hold in your hand for a second until it melts all over.
Charlie got over his fear of having stuff all over his hands once he got the hang of it.
