Our friends, Josh and Mindy, live outside of town and this is their neighborhood fishing pond. As you can see, Charlie is working pretty hard to reel in that big old fish! :)

Betsy was planning on coming down Saturday afternoon, Easter weekend, but I was bored so I called her and told her to come down that night, (Friday), instead. She was still at work at 6:00, but by 8:00, she was in my driveway! She ran home from work, showered, packed the family and threw them in the car, all in a matter of twenty minutes. She's crazy, I know. And so does she! :) Anyway, the kids insisted on a camp out in the basement. So there they are, all snug as a bug in a rug!! Ari, Faith, Charlie and Mags!
And now they are awake! And ready to eat! Cereal it is! Bets and I had already gone on a 10 mile run/bike ride and had to hurry up and get ready to head to Omaha to run some errands. Village Point, Wlamart, Hy-Vee, all over the place! We had to hurry because Anthony and Kenton were home with the kids. Once we got home, we headed to the Wildlife Safari and after that to climb rocks at Schramm, and after that to dye Easter eggs, and after that we had to make supper and clean the house for the arriving house guests in the morning! Wow! Was that a busy day!!
Here are the kids enjoying the beautiful weather at the Safari Park. Yea, I know, baby goat doesn't exactly come to mind when you think of "Safari!"
